We are located at the heart of the West Bottoms Antique Marketplace. Open every First Friday weekend of the month.

The West Bottoms of Kansas City has quite a lengthy history dating back the early 19th century. Each building tells a tale about the arrival of various commerce and trade groups. It was the first real marketplace on the Missouri River that helped to develop the beginning of the western immigration and Mexican trade points.

Kansas City Stockyards were thriving in the 1940's and the West Bottoms hit its peak of glory as the biggest american stock yard next to Chicago. World War II had a dramatic affect on the Kansas City West Bottoms. Twenty thousand jobs were cut and military production ceased. The next blow to the marketplace was the flood of 1951, driving businesses out for good, causing the city to lose half of its population. Kemper Arena was built in 1974, revitalizing the historic districy and bringing along with it the American Royal Event now held every year during the fall season.
